LONGVIEW, Texas — A portion of the East Marshall Avenue in Longview is blocked due to a downed powerline.
According to the Longview police, the 1300 block of East Marshall Avenue between Alpine and American Legion is currently being diverted due to a power line down caused by an accident. This is for both east and westbound traffic.
Police are urging drivers to avoid the area.
