POLICE: 2 arrested in major drug bust out of Longview

The Longview Police Department confirmed that Jabrealyn Carlisle, 23, and Michael Hill, 50, of Longview, were arrested and transported to the Gregg County Jail.

LONGVIEW, Texas — Two people have been arrested after a major drug bust in Longview.

Officials from the Longview Police Department confirmed that Jabrealyn Carlisle, 23, and Michael Hill, 50, both of Longview, were arrested and transported to the Gregg County Jail without incident after police reportedly found weapons, drugs and drug paraphernalia at a house in the 900 block of S. 14th Street on Monday.

While executing a narcotics search warrant of the residence, police say the found several weapons, including a 12 gauge shotgun, an AK-47, a 40 caliber pistol carbine, and two handguns with extended magazines.

Police also reported finding the following narcotics:

  • 68.2 grams of methamphetamine
  • 9.4 grams of Xanax
  • 6.613 pounds of marijuana
  • 2.6 grams of promethazine
  • 4.2 grams of hydrocodone
  • Two M30 fentanyl pills
  • 2.3 grams of crack cocaine
  • 8.7 grams of psilocybin shrooms
  • Five bottles of prescription drugs

Carlisle has received several charges of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in addition to possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Hill has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled substances.
