TYLER, Texas — A pedestrian was struck and killed Thursday afternoon after officials say she was walking across the State Highway 31 East in Tyler.
Vanessa Hill, 62, was walking across Highway 31 near CR 24. Hill was pronounced dead at the scene, DPS troopers said.
