TYLER, Texas — Police have identified the man who was killed after getting hit by vehicle in Tyler Monday morning.
According to the Tyler Police Department, the crash occurred around 7:45 a.m., at the intersection of W. Front St. and S. Peach Ave.
Later Monday afternoon, police named Evencio Arellano, 79, as the man who died. His next of kin has been notified. He was pronounced dead around 8:15 a.m.
