LONGVIEW, Texas — One Love Longview stopped allowing homeless people to sleep on its front porch a little more than a week ago.
A proposed ordinance change the City Council will consider Thursday will attempt to prevent something like that from happening again.
Kristen Ishihara is bringing the ordinance forward at her first meeting as mayor, where she and two new council members will be sworn in.
