TYLER, Texas — Howdy East Texas,
Are you ready for some football and fall-like feels!? The NFL season kicks off Sunday and the temperatures will be seasonably cool just in time. We'll have lots of sunshine and the coolest morning lows we've seen since early May and we haven't had daytime highs like we'll this weekend since June. The cool fall weather won't last forever. Temperatures warm back up next week just as a tropical system potentially brings a soaking rain for the middle of next week.
Here's your forecast:
SATURDAY:
Expect lots of sunshine and a breezy northeast wind and lower humidity Saturday afternoon. The afternoon high temperatures are expected to only reach into the mid-80s.
SUNDAY:
We'll wake up to temperatures in the upper 50s Sunday morning and that will lead to a comfortable and sunny Sunday afternoon. The daytime high Sunday is also expected to reach the mid 80s.
