NACOGDOCHES, Texas — A Nacogdoches man was arrested for accusations of sexually assaulting two young children.
According to the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Johnathan Rodgers, 26, on felony charges after an investigation into allegations of sexual assault.
Rodgers was booked into the Nacogdoches County jail for five counts of indecency with a child and one count of sexual performance of a child.
According to the NCSO, one victim is under 10 years old and the other is under 5 years old.
