MARSHALL, Texas — Marshall ISD is mourning the loss of a junior high student who was murdered over the weekend.

According to the Marshall Police Department, on Sunday, around 2:20 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call in the 1100 block of Sanford St., in regards to a shooting in which 20-30 shots were fired.
