RUSK COUNTY, Texas — One person is dead following a major crash that occurred in Rusk County.
According to the Rusk County Office of Emergency Management, the wreck occurred around 3:40 p.m., on SH 315 at the intersection of CR 3202.
Northbound traffic is being rerouted up US 259 towards Henderson and southbound drivers are being diverted to FM 95. The roadway is expected to be cleared by 7:30 p.m.
The crash remains under investigation.
