TYLER, Texas — HAZMAT crews have contained a spill after a tanker overturned in Tyler.
According to the Tyler Fire Department, the wreck occurred just after 8 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Farm-to-Market Road 14.
The TFD says the tanker was carrying 7,500 gallons of aviation fuel. The spill has been contained with no contamination.
The westbound lane is blocked at this time.
Officials are asking drivers to avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
