TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department is investigating after an 85-year-old man was found dead in a residential pool in south Tyler.
According to the Tyler police active call list, officials were called to the scene at in the 7000 block of Hickory Spring Lane in Tyler, near Jack Elementary, around 1:30 p.m. in regards to a welfare concern.
Police say an 85-year-old man was found unresponsive in the pool at his home. There is no suspected foul play.
