SMITH COUNTY — According to the Smith County Sheriff's Office, a medical issue caused a driver to crash their truck into a Tyler business at around 6 p.m. Thursday evening behind the Dairy Queen on the 16200 block of Highway 31 West.
Authorities said that the truck hit the wall, and a female employee ended up with minor injuries after being pinned for a short time.
The driver was treated by EMS at the scene.
Along with EMS, deputies from the Smith County Sheriff's Office and the Dixie Fire Department responded to the scene.
