TYLER, Texas — Good evening East Texas,
Head out early this evening to get a glimpse of the space station zooming over East Texas. It will be the bright light in the sky moving from southwest to northeast between 6:27 and 6:32pm. The sky will be clear so viewing should be great! As for what's happening on the ground, get ready for some changeable skies and changeable temperatures over the next several days. There are BIG changes on the way next week. Stay tuned as we get you ready for some frosty temperatures headed to parts of East Texas!
TONIGHT:
You'll need long sleeves if you're heading out tonight. Temperatures quickly fall into the upper 50s by midnight. Under a clear sky, the wind will slowly shift to the southeast after midnight. This slows down the temperature drop and we only fall a few more degrees into the mid-50s by morning.
TOMORROW:
Warmer temperatures return to East Texas Wednesday afternoon. A south wind will be out of the south and breezy at times. The south winds and ample sunshine come ahead of seasonably strong cold front that arrives Wednesday night. Cooler air moves in for the end of the week and we'll wake up to some chilly mornings later in the week.
