TYLER, Texas — Traffic lights at the intersection of Old Jacksonville Highway and Rice Road in Tyler have malfunctioned and are flashing red.
According to Tyler PD, officers and city signal technicians will be around the intersection during the evening commute to resolve the issue.
Drivers are asked to seek an alternate route or drive with care if they must travel through that area.
