Vehicle crash causing traffic delays on North and Austin Streets in Nacogdoches

At this time, all southbound traffic on North Street is being rerouted. NPD said they expect this to take most of the day.

NACOGDOCHES, Texas — Nacogdoches emergency crews are working to clear the scene of a vehicle crash that is impeding traffic.

According to Nacogdoches PD, officers are responding to the scene of a motor vehicle crash involving electrical lines which need to be repaired. They are advising motorists to avoid the intersection of North Street and Austin Street.

At this time, all southbound traffic on North Street is being rerouted. NPD said they expect this to take most of the day.

NPD will release a statement when the roadway is open to traffic. CBS19 will update this article when the roads are functioning as usual.
