TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department is on scene of a major crash involving a motorcycle Thursday night.
According to Tyler police active calls, the crash is at Donnybrook Avenue and East Southeast Loop 323 near Torchy's Tacos and Tyler Legacy.
