A new four-way stop has been added to an intersection after complaints were submitted to the City of Marshall Wednesday.
According to the Marshall Police Department, a four-way stop was added to the intersection of Bomar Street and University Avenue after multiple complaints about traffic issues were submitted to the Marshall Police Department and City of Marshall Street Department.
Marshall city staff reviewed these complaints and accidents in this area before making the decision to add a four-way stop at the intersection of Bomar St. and University Ave.
The Marshall Police Department will be enforcing the new stop signs and are urging drivers to pay attention at this intersection.
