TYLER, Texas — The Kilgore Bulldogs went head-to-head with the La Vernia Bears in Rd. 5 of the 2024 Texas high school football playoffs.
Kilgore came away with the win, defeating La Vernia, 38-13. Kilgore will play Celina for the 4A DI State Championship on Dec. 20, at 3 p.m., at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
