UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas — Upshur County has confirmed 2 new cases of COVID-19 in the county.
According to the Upshur County Office of Emergency Management, the Department of State Health informed the county on Saturday of the new cases.
One of the new cases is in the eastern portion of Upshur County and the other is near the southern part in the City of Gladewater.
The new cases brings the total to 8 in the county.
Weekly updates from Upshur County will be held during Facebook Live broadcasts on Fridays at 2:30 p.m.
