HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas — The Henderson County Sheriff's Office has identified the body pulled from Cedar Creek Lake on Friday as that of Michael Wayne Dickson, 30 of Tool.
Dickson's body was discovered around 4:20 p.m. on Friday in the water off Sampan Drive.
According to Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse, Dickson's body was sent to Dallas for autopsy to be conducted on Monday.
Preliminary findings of the autopsy are "consistent with drowning."
The sheriff's office also noted there were no signs of trauma to Dickson's body.
