TYLER TEXAS — Sean Paxton and Brooks Paxton — better known as the Shark Brothers — will give live presentations at 1 and 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Tyler Junior College's Center for Earth & Space Science Education, 1411 E. Lake St.
“The Center for Earth & Space Science Education is exactly the kind of place our parents would take us when we were young,” Sean Paxton said in a statement released by the college. “It reminds us just how important destinations like this are for communities and families to be inspired by science and the natural world around us. We’re really looking forward to getting back there to spend some personal time with audiences this July.”
The Paxtons have been featured on the Discovery Channel, "Shark Week" specials, PBS, National Geographic, Weather Channel, FOX and NBC.
Besides their work in shark conservation, the brothers are involved with projects that document and shed light on sea life and underwater discoveries.
Tickets: $5 for children, seniors and students and $7 for adults. Tickets can be obtained in advance at sciencecenter.tjc.edu
