MINEOLA, Texas — The Smith County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man wanted for aggravated assault in December.
According to the sheriff's office, 28-year-old Dustin Dwayne Radney of Mineola broke into his ex-girlfriend's house north of Lindale.
Radney then allegedly stole and handgun and physically assaulted her.
He then fled the home in a black Dodge Ram with black wheels and a black grill.
The sheriff's office believes Radney is armed and dangerous.
Radney is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary with intent to commit assault and theft of a firearm.
Radney has previously been arrested for DWI, criminal mischief, driving on a suspended license and fail to maintain financial responsibility.
