HENDERSON CO. (KYTX) -- Henderson county commissioners will be addressing the resignation of Sheriff Ray Nutt, according to the commissioners court agenda set for Tuesday. Nutt will step down May 31st. The agenda also states a new sheriff will be appointed as of June 1st to finish out 2016.
