WINONA, Texas — Winona ISD has canceled classes Thursday, May 4, due to a power outage.
According to SWEPCO, the outage was caused by "tree contact." Linemen are assessing the issue, but an estimated time of restoration is unknown. The outage was originally reported around 12:30 a.m.
