CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The U.S. Marshals arrested a man suspected of shooting the mother of his children in Diboll.
According to the Diboll Police Department, Anthony Kelly shot the woman four times in front of their children on March 1. The woman survived the shooting.
Afterward, Diboll police say Kelly fled to the Corpus Christi area.
The US Marshal's Fugitive Task Force caught up with Kelly and arrested him Monday morning.
Kelly will be extradited back to Angelina County where he will face aggravated assault charges.
