Retired Constable Stanley Jenkins passed away Wednesday night, according to the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
Jenkins had recently retired as the Constable of Precinct 3. He served Upshur County for over 34 years and held different positions throughout the years. Jenkins served as a Jailer, Deputy and Constable.
