TYLER, Texas — EDITORIAL NOTE: The man in the white shirt has been identified.
Tyler Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying additional suspects in connection to the protests that occurred on the Downtown Square on Sunday, July 26.
According to the TPD, the man in the Under Armour shirt is suspected of stealing the cell phone of Ryan Miller, Hank Gilbert’s campaign manager, while the man in the red shirt is a suspect in his assault.
Police say a suspect has been identified with the help of the public.
