UPDATE: 2 more suspects arrested in Tyler aggravated robbery on Jan. 26

The robbery occurred at the Valero located at 1516 S. Vine.

TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department has arrested the other two suspects involved in an aggravated robbery at a local gas station on Jan. 26. 

According to police, Samuel Garcia, 42, from Smith County, has been arrested for aggravated robbery with a $1,000,000 bond, among other on-sight charges. 

Gilbert Garcia, 53, from Smith County has been arrested for aggravated robbery with a $150,000 bond.

On Jan. 27, Francisco Vallejo, a 21, from Tyler, was arrested for aggravated robbery with a $750,000 bond and is in the Smith County Jail. 

Police say the three male suspects entered the Valero and one pointed a gun at the clerk who turned over the money.

The three men left in a Nissan Armada.
