TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department is "calling all little police officers" to report for duty in uniform on Thursday, October 31.
According to a Facebook post by Tyler PD, "officers will present you with candy and a photo opportunity in a patrol car before your assignment. Look sharp and we look forward to seeing you there!"
Little officers can stop by the Tyler Police Department At Faulkner Park located at 574 West Cumberland Road from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Also today, October 28 is National First Responders Day.
If you come across a first responder today say "Thank You."
