TYLER — A man is behind bars this morning for aggravated assault.
Around 2 a.m Friday morning, Tyler Police responded to 2715 Highway 69N to a report of shots fired. Officers contacted a woman who told them her boyfriend, Kendarius Gray, had fired several shots at her at a home at 825 w 26th St. The victim says she and Gray got into a verbal argument and he grabbed a gun and began firing at her as she left the residence in her vehicle.
Officers located the Gray, at his mother’s house on Merian St. in Tyler.
Kendarius Gray was arrested and booked into the Smith County Jail for Aggravated Assault.
