TYLER — Kendarius Gray, a 21-year-old Tyler man, was arrested after allegedly firing several shots at his girlfriend during an argument around 2 a.m. Friday on 825 w 26th St.
When police responded to 2715 Highway 69 for the reported shots fired call, officers spoke to the victim and found out that Gray had fired several shots at her.
The victim then told police that she and Gray got into a verbal argument when he grabbed a firearm and began firing at her as she left the home in her vehicle.
Police saw that the back glass of the victim's vehicle had been shot out, but there were no injuries.
Officers found Gray at his mother’s house on Merian Street in Tyler.
He was arrested and booked into the Smith County Jail for Aggravated Assault.
