TYLER, Texas — A Tyler man accused of fatally shooting another man at a shopping center in 2018 is set to have a court hearing Wednesday afternoon.
Kristian Leonardo Perdomo, 26, is charged with murder in connection with the death of Bradley Brockman, 45. In December 2018, Brockman was shot at the Westwood Shopping Center at South Southwest Loop 323 and Chandler Highway in Tyler. Perdomo was arrested soon after the shooting.
Perdomo has a plea docket agreement scheduled for Feb. 26 in the 114th District Court. The hearing is set for 3 p.m., according to Smith County judicial records.
