TYLER, Texas — Tyler Junior College is getting ready to host its spring Apache Preview Day on Saturday, April 13.
The event, which will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. on the TJC central campus, will allow participants to explore the campus, connect with faculty, staff and current students, and get their questions answered.
Potential students will also learn about financial aid and scholarships, housing, career planning, enrollment steps, campus activities, free student resources and the TJC Promise program. Staff will be on hand to assist with applying for admission and submitting financial aid documents.
Participants will also receive a TJC T-shirt and information packet.
According to TJC, two open house events will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, for those interested in a closer look at TJC’s industrial and healthcare programs.
At the TJC West campus, prospective students and their families can explore opportunities in TJC’s manufacturing, transportation and industrial programs.
While at the Rogers Nursing and Health Sciences Center, potential students can get an up-close look at the facilities and speak with faculty and staff from TJC’s healthcare programs.
