LONGVIEW, Texas — It was dark and quiet inside the lounge at Tobacco Junction in Longview as Kevin Godfrey and Paul Bynum settled into two of the 36 club chairs that invite people to pick a cigar and sit for a while.
They were kicking off a regular Instagram program they host discussing all things cigars. On this particular weekday, though, their focus was on more than just a newly released cigar. The East Texas Cigar Festival is set Friday and Saturday at the Longview store at at 522 E. Loop 281.
Tobacco Junction, which was founded in 1996, has 11 locations around East Texas. The newest is in Gilmer and two are in Tyler— where the first East Texas Cigar Festival was held about a year ago.
