SWEPCO to temporarily suspend all disconnections for non-payment in response to coronavirus

SWEPCO has announced they are temporarily suspending all disconnections for non-payment as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread through communities in which they provide service. 

"We know our customers are concerned about their families and ensuring they have reliable electric service allows them to focus on staying healthy and well," the company said in a statement.

SWEPCO says they are committed to doing what they can to help their customers, employees and the communities they serve navigate this uncertain time.
