WINNSBORO, Texas — A suspect is in custody after allegedly firing gunshots in several areas in Winnsboro.
According to the Winnsboro Police Department, police received multiple reports of gunshots being fired in various areas of town.
WPD, Winnsboro ISD PD, and Wood County Sheriff's Office worked together to locate the possible suspect responsible for the shooting.
Police located a suspect on South Post Oak Street and arrested them.
No property or person were reported to be harmed, police said.
