A Sulphur Springs man was arrested Wednesday after meeting an undercover deputy with the intent of selling marijuana.
According to the Titus County Sheriff's office, 29-year-old Jeremy Randall Hill met with an undercover deputy in the 1200 block of Lakewood Drive in Mount Pleasant.
Hill delivered the drug to the undercover deputy and was immediately arrested.
He was booked into the Titus County Jail for delivery of marijuana greater than 1/4 oz. less than 5 lbs.
