The SPCA of East Texas loaded up today for their first run to deliver 19 dogs and puppies to their forever homes in Oxford, Connecticut.
Last week, SPCA of East Texas was able to purchase their very first transit vehicle that can hold up to 30 puppies and 20 adult dogs.
SPCA of East Texas plans to make trips at least once a month to deliver abandoned puppies and dogs to their forever homes across state lines.
This program should more than double the number of homeless animal lives saved previously by the organization.
