A Tyler man has been indicted for allegedly pulling out a gun and threatening an employee during an argument at a Tyler Walmart in September.
Trumaine Washington, 33, was indicted on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge by a Smith County grand jury on Oct. 31.
Tyler police were called to the Walmart at Loop 323 and Front Street in Tyler on Sept. 2 after receiving reports that a man was threatening to shoot people.
