TYLER, Texas — Smith County Emergency Services District 2 is giving away free tarps for those in need after severe weather Monday night.
Spokesperson Nikki Simmons said crews are giving the tarps to people at the former Dixie fire station, located at 584 County Road 1143 in Tyler, near the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport.
Anyone impacted by the storm damage can stop by and grab a tarp.
