Gladewater Fire, Gladewater Police Department, Upshur County Sheriff's Office, Texas State Troopers, and Champion EMS responded to a downed ultra-light plane that had a rough water landing at Lake Gladewater Saturday morning.
According to authorities, the pilot was ok, with only minor injuries and was able to get the plane out of the water.
