RUSK COUNTY, Texas — A Rusk County man was charged with possession of child pornography last week, according to the Rusk County Sheriff's Office.
James Eugene Garner, 29, was booked into Rusk County Jail on a $150,000 bond following what the sheriff's office calls a "lengthy investigation," where officials developed probable cause for an arrest.
This investigation is ongoing, and Rusk County Sheriff's Office said they anticipate more arrests to follow as the investigation continues.
