RUSK COUNTY, Texas — The Rusk County Office of Emergency Management has reported a crash on State Highway 64 near County Road 4107 Wednesday morning.
The Carlisle and New London Volunteer Fire Departments are on scene at this time, and drivers should expect traffic delays.
