TYLER, Texas — A popular Tyler pie shop will be opening a food truck soon to serve some delicious pies on the go.
Just Pies, located at 2970 Old Henderson Highway in Tyler, started as a family business when two sisters, Tammy and Denise, asked "wouldn't it be nice if we could go have a slice of pie and a cup of coffee somewhere?"
The shop opened in January 2019, and now it continues serving delicious desserts under the leadership of Denise and her husband Keith Weaver.
Now, the business is growing even more as they put on the finishing touches of its new food truck, according to a post on the Just Pies Facebook page.
"We are fully inspected and passed and ready to hit the road now!! We'll be posting our locations as soon as we know," the post read.
