TYLER, Texas — One woman was arrested after striking another vehicle filled with six people, including five children, sending them all to the hospital early Sunday morning in Tyler.
According to Tyler Police Public Information Officer Andy Erbaugh, the wreck occurred at S. Broadway Ave. and E. Front St. shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday.
One woman and two children were sent to a local hospital and three other children were transported to a hospital in Dallas for their injuries, according to police.
At this time there is no further information regarding the status of the injured victims.
According to Smith County Jail records, Kylee Johns, 28, of Arp has been charged with intoxication assault with a vehicle.
