TYLER, Texas — Feb. 21 marks one month since a 29-year-old Tyler man was reported missing. Police say they're now relying on tips from the community.
Harley Morris, 29, was last seen Sunday, Jan. 21, around 3 a.m. walking north in the 2100 block of N. Grand Ave. after leaving the 50 Grand Club. He was wearing a Prime 102 hat, black shoes with a black and gray hoodie.
Roughly a week after he went missing, Tyler police asked for residents and businesses north of Gentry Parkway to North Loop 323 to check any cameras or doorbell cameras on the date of Jan. 21 from the times of 3 to 7 a.m. This was to see if they saw anybody walking. Crimestoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for any information.
Tyler Police Department spokesperson Andy Erbaugh said Wednesday officers are relying on tips from the community and encouraging anyone to come forward with information.
Officers received video footage from businesses but nothing significant came out of those videos. They also received tips on areas of interest, but so far nothing has been found, Erbaugh said.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the TPD at (903) 531-1000 or Crimestoppers at (903) 597-2833.
