Paranormal Cirque brings limited-time scares to Tyler

The final scheduled shows are on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 21 from 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

TYLER, Texas — Interested in a little bit of a scare, East Texas?

Paranormal Cirque is making a limited-time appearance at the Broadway Square Mall in Tyler from Jan. 18 to 21 for people interested in all things horror.

"So, a paranormal circus, everything you normally think of when you think of a circus. You know, with all the crazy acrobats, amazing stunts, fun comedy, never before seen things from all around the world, but it’s with this scary, spooky, haunted, horror Halloween twist to it. Our acrobats are zombies, we’ve got a magician who’s a vampire," Paranormal Cirque General Manager Benjamin Holland said.

Since the show does contain mature themes and imagery, it is required for children under 17 to be accompanied with a parent or adult over 21 with a valid photo ID.

"We do have it rated R. There’s some adult language such like that because of the themes and how it’s kind of scary-ish, Halloween spooky fun. We do recommend it for adults, but it is up to everyone’s discretion," Holland said.

People interested in getting a glimpse of the horror action only have two more days until their departure to the next city.

The final scheduled shows are on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

"What people can come is expect to see, is something that they don’t get the chance to see a lot. You know, real acrobatic artists from every corner of the world who’ve been brought together to give you a world-class type show," Holland said.
