PALESTINE, Texas — A Nebraska man accused of sexually assaulting a child at an East Texas motel was arrested last week.
Tanner Bradshaw, 34, of Omaha, Nebraska was arrested on July 3 at the Express Inn and Suites Motel in Palestine. Palestine PD received a report on June 28 that a child had been sexually assaulted by a man at the motel. Police say they obtained a search warrant for Bradshaw's motel room and an arrest warrant for sexual assault of a child.
Bradshaw was taken into custody and booked into Anderson County Jail without incident. A small amount of drugs and other evidence were found in of the motel room, according to police. Additional charges are pending.
