LONGVIEW, Texas — No injuries were reported after firefighters responded to a fire incident at the Longview ISD warehouse facility Wednesday morning.
According to Longview ISD, the Longview Fire Department was dispatched to the facility on MLK Drive in response to a report of a structure fire just after 7 a.m. HVAC contractors were replacing filter units when they saw smoke at the site, causing them to call 911.
The district said the damage does not appear to be significant and no one was injured. An investigation is ongoing.
"We are so appreciative of the prompt and professional service provided by LFD and all our first responders," Longview ISD said.
