LONGVIEW, Texas — A Longview restaurant that has long advertised it is "coming soon" is set to open Monday.
Sushi Shima is at 3084 N. Eastman Road, where Hook and Reel Cajun Seafood once was located.
Bin Chen, operations manager, said the restaurant is owned by the same company that owns The Mighty Crab, which is on Fourth Street in Longview. The Mighty Crab has 15 locations in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and New York.
